With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she brings a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences, sustainable growth, and innovative event solutions. Prior to joining Big Onion, Kate served as Director of Sales and Events for Puttery, where she led national sales growth, managed a high-performing team, and significantly increased event revenue. Her career also includes leadership roles with Atomic Hospitality Group and Venue Logic LLC.

In addition to her work in hospitality, Kate is the founder of KGV Legal and Identity Solutions, offering affordable legal and identity protection services through LegalShield and IDShield. A passionate advocate for leadership development and personal growth, Kate is the author of The Quest and creator of the QUEST and EBIT programs, helping individuals transform obstacles into opportunities. Backed by advanced training from institutions such as the University of London Business School, Yale, and the University of Pennsylvania, she integrates Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) to help clients unlock their potential.
