Minghao (Lorenzo) Jin is a Chicago-based hospitality marketer at Big Onion Hospitality with a background in partnership-driven campaigns and brand strategy. Originally from Asia, he moved to Chicago at age 16 and earned his Master’s in Leadership for Creative Enterprises (MSLCE) from Northwestern University.

Before joining Big Onion, Minghao held roles at HSBC as a Personal Wealth Planner and at New Oriental, bringing a unique blend of business insight and creative thinking to the hospitality space. He is bilingual in English and Mandarin and passionate about building connections that move the brand forward.
