Since joining the team in 2014 as an Assistant Manager at the original Fatpour Tap Works in Chicago, he has played a pivotal role in the brand’s expansion and operational success. His commitment and hands-on approach have earned him progressive leadership roles, including Assistant General Manager, General Manager at Fatpour Tap Works – McCormick, and currently, General Manager at Fatpour Tap Works – Lincolnwood.

Patrick’s expertise spans all areas of restaurant operations—inventory management, marketing, financial performance, team development, and guest service.
